What the app stores
Private Shares Register stores the register data you enter, including holding entities, companies, transactions, loans, document metadata, report snapshots, chat draft proposals, and related review notes. Uploaded files and durable records are backed by Usable workspaces, fragments, and files.
Authentication and workspace data
The app uses Hosted Usable authentication and stores an encrypted app session cookie so server-rendered pages can access your active Usable workspace. OAuth tokens, session cookies, embed keys, and presigned file URLs are treated as sensitive and should not be copied into reports or long-lived notes.
How information is used
Your information is used to render the private register, generate deterministic holdings and report snapshots, link evidence, and prepare review-gated chat draft proposals. Draft or needs-review records are kept separate from official holdings and reports unless you explicitly confirm them through the app workflow.
Sharing and exports
Data is private by default inside your active Usable workspace. Report exports and downloaded artifacts may contain private company/share information, so share them only with intended recipients such as your accountant or auditor.
Retention and deletion
Records and files remain in the associated Usable workspace until they are archived, superseded, or deleted through supported workflows. Exported files that you download are your responsibility to store or delete safely.
