Private Shares Register is a personal record-keeping tool for organizing private company shareholdings, transactions, documents, chat-assisted draft intake, and accountant-facing report snapshots.

The app is provided for administrative record keeping only. It does not provide legal, tax, audit, accounting, investment, or valuation advice. You are responsible for reviewing exported reports and confirming details with qualified advisors before relying on them.

Your data and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of information, files, and notes you enter or upload. Chat-generated or imported proposals are drafts until you review and confirm them in the app.

Do not use the service to upload material that you do not have permission to store or process. Keep your account credentials secure and sign out on shared devices.

Service availability

The app depends on Usable workspaces, authentication, fragments, and files. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, upstream provider issues, deployment changes, browser cache behavior, or network problems.

Features may change as the product evolves. Export important reports and evidence packages when you need an offline record.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided as-is without warranties. Langastina is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate records, incomplete evidence, unavailable services, or advisor decisions.
